A recipe for success!
At our first assembly of the year, children from year 1 to year 6 created a recipe for success. We thought about what we needed to have in our school cake to ensure success and happiness throughout the year. The children's wonderful imaginations shone through and they came up with a real recipe for success!

Class attendance winners!
Well done Y1M and Y5Y for having the best attendance all year! Today they received their prizes from Aquinas Education. Thank you Aquinas Education for helping get our children to school every day!

Congratulations to the GREEN team who were the overall winners at Sports Day this year. Well done!
Blue team are the winners!
Congratulations to the blue team who are the winners of the house points competition this year. They enjoyed an afternoon of ice-cream, playground games and had the privilege of wearing their own clothes on Wednesday. Well done Blue team!

Every class across the school has been busy electing new school council members for their classes. The children that have been chosen by their class to become a school council member, they have the opportunity and responsibly to make changes that will improve, everyone's time at school.
Anglo Saxon day

Year 5 had a great day on Tuesday with Scar our Anglo Saxon warrior. They started the day creating a shield wall followed by a weapons display. Year 5 enjoyed studying a range of artefacts and trying to uncover its use. The day ended with a sacrifice to the Gods and an Saxon Burrial.
Roman day

On Wednesday 17th October, Year 4 travelled back in time and became Romans! They investigated Roman numerals, played Roman games and learnt about Boudica and Julius Caesar. They ended the day by taking part in a Roman battle! A thoroughly enjoyable day
Let's get Physical

This week the children, parents and teachers of OLM have been getting physical. They have had dance lessons from professional dancer Simone Arena, Kickboxing classes and Zumba sessions

Ela's Menu

Ela in Y4K created a menu that would be both healthy and delicious. Ela's menu was prepeared and cooked by the catering team and served at lunch on Wednesday.
