Music Tuition

Music is taught to all children at OLM and in KS1 and KS2 lessons are taught by a music specialist. Our weekly hymn practice is a joy to hear. Each Thursday Year 4 children engage in whole class music tuition. The instruments taught this year are trumpet, clarinet and guitar. Our well-attended concerts for parents take place each term and are a huge success. Following on from this, there is an opportunity for children to take up music tuition in year 5

In addition to this, one-to-one music tuition on a variety of instruments is available for children at OLM during the school day. Lessons are held in our music room but are provided through Haringey Council. Parents who wish to en-roll their child in the music program should contact the Haringey Music Service (HMS).
